YZE⅄ ships exclusively within the Arab Republic of Egypt. We do not accept orders from or ship to any other country at this time.

Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your governorate. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

All orders are paid via Cash on Delivery (COD). No online payment or card information is required to place an order.

Payment is collected by the courier at the time of delivery. Please have the exact amount or close to it ready.

All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Before shipping: You may cancel your order free of charge by contacting us via WhatsApp with your Order ID before it is dispatched.

After dispatch: Once an order has been handed to the courier, cancellation is no longer possible. You may refuse delivery and it will be treated as a return under our Returns Policy.

All prices displayed on the site are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the one shown at the time of order placement.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your governorate and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

YZE⅄ reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, excessive returns history, or violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes will be resolved in Egyptian courts.
