Returns & Refund Policy

Right to Inspect

Because we deliver Cash on Delivery, you have the right to inspect your order before accepting and paying. If an item arrives visibly damaged or clearly incorrect, you may refuse the delivery and the courier will return it to us at no cost to you.

Once payment has been accepted and the courier has left, the sale is considered complete.

14-Day Return Window

If you are unsatisfied with your order, you may initiate a return within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In their original condition with all tags attached
  • Free from odours, stains, or signs of use

Exchange or Store Credit

Due to the nature of Cash on Delivery payments, we do not issue cash refunds. Approved returns will be settled as either:

  • Exchange for the same item in a different size or colour (subject to availability)
  • Store credit valid for 12 months, usable on any future order

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us via WhatsApp with your Order ID and reason for return. We will guide you through the process and arrange collection from your address.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or not what you ordered, we will arrange a full replacement at no cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned after the 14-day window
  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration
  • Sale or final-clearance items (if marked non-returnable at purchase)
